Projects
In February 2023, Scroll Finance was awarded government grant funding for two distinct projects from the Green Home Finance Accelerator (GHFA) funded by the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).
The GHFA is a £20 million grant funding programme to support UK finance providers and other organisations to design, develop and pilot a diverse range of innovative finance propositions which encourage domestic energy efficiency, low carbon heating and micro-generation retrofit in the owner-occupied and private rented sectors. The GHFA is part of the Department’s Net Zero Innovation Portfolio.
The projects are currently in discovery phase and expected to commence pilots in early 2024. To read the Government announcement on the GHFA, click here.
